• NADCA Certified (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) for duct hygiene and system cleanliness
• Certified with NCI (National Comfort Institute) in air balancing and system performance

Along with our HVAC license and OSHA-based safety practices, these certifications ensure that every assessment and recommendation is grounded in proven, third-party standards—giving you peace of mind that your home is being evaluated at the highest level.

We currently serve the greater Palm Beach County, Martin County, Saint Lucie County, & Broward County areas.

Payment is collected at the end of your assessment. We accept credit cards and checks.

Yes. We’ll need access to key areas of your home, and we’ll also want to review our findings in person with one of the homeowners.

You’ll receive a full written report shortly after your assessment, with clear findings and next steps. If lab testing is required, results typically take 7–10 business days.

Appointments typically last 1.5 to 4 hours, depending on your home’s square footage and the findings.

During your in-home Healthy Home Assessment, we’ll conduct a comprehensive diagnostic, focusing on the most common concerns related to:

• Indoor air quality (humidity, pollutants, HVAC condition, mold screening)
• Water quality (tap, well, or filtration systems)
• Key areas of your home’s structure that may affect health and comfort

Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
