During your in-home Healthy Home Assessment, we conduct a comprehensive diagnostic focusing on the most common concerns related to indoor air quality (humidity, pollutants, HVAC condition, mold screening), water quality (tap, well, or filtration systems), and key areas of your home's structure that may affect health and comfort.

We currently serve the greater Palm Beach County, Martin County, Saint Lucie County, and Broward County areas.

Appointments typically last 1.5 to 4 hours, depending on your home's square footage and the findings.

Yes. We'll need access to key areas of your home, and we'll also want to review our findings in person with one of the homeowners.

You'll receive a full written report shortly after your assessment, with clear findings and next steps. If lab testing is required, results typically take 7–10 business days.

Payment is collected at the end of your assessment. We accept credit cards and checks.
